As posted on Huffington. It seems like those politicians who spoke up for civil rights like JFK, RFK, and MLK were all assassinated. Personally, I am shocked by the SS agents surrounding him. We may not have come as far as we thought. He has reported several death threats.

NASHUA, N.H.--Bombastic Fox News host Bill O'Reilly got into a confrontation with an Obama aide after O'Reilly started screaming at him as he tried to get Barack Obama's attention following a rally here.
The incident was triggered when O'Reilly--with a Fox News crew shooting--was screaming at Obama National Trip Director Marvin Nicholson "Move" so he could get Obama's attention, according to several eyewitnesses. "O'Reilly was yelling at him, yelling at his face," a photographer shooting the scene said.
O'Reilly grabbed Nicholson's arm, said "move" and shoved him, another eyewitness said. Nicholson, who is 6'8 said O"Reilly called him "low class."
Secret Service agents came after O'Reilly pushed Nicholson and the agents flanked O'Reily.
Obama had his back turned at this point and did not see any of this. O'Reilly yelled "sir" at Obama and Obama walked over, not aware of what happened and told him he had an overflow crowd to visit. According to the time code from a photographer shooting the two, Obama and O'Reilly talked about 12 seconds near 11:45 a.m. eastern time.
The situation took place near a basketball hoop in the gym at Nashua North High School where Obama just addressed a jammed rally.

LMAO....I just this very minute heard Moron O'Reilly's version of this encounter. He is such a loud mouth Blowhard. He says the guys was 6'8" tall, and yet O'Reilly "gently removed him from the front of Fox Cameras."
This guy as become a Legend in His Own Mind, and a Laughing Stock in His Own Industry! :D

Judging by the Clinton's record, I would watch out for that branch of the dems more than conservatives.

Agreed, all I can point to is a list of the dead. No proof at all other than bodies and an amazing coincidence rate.

I agree with your point, those who would never vote for a black man generally will never vote for a dem. The reverse is true as well. The black vote is 88% democrat anyway, and those folk would never vote for a republican regardless of color or for any other reason.

That will be another reason WHY Republicans will have a "significant" loss in 2008....Minorities are "ON TO YOU GUYS!" They realize you give them all kinds of "lip service" but then when push comes to shove, You vote against "minority best interest" whenever possible. They "get it" now! The same way "The Log Cabin Republicans" get it Now! You guys cannot continue to treat the "vast majority" of the American People (low, middle class and poor) like dogs, and then continue to expect them to come out and support you come election time. Ladies and Gentlemen,
This Thread is starting to go to the dogs because of all these smarmey one liner comments and insults that add absolutely nothing to the content of discussion,, and only raise the level of hostility. It's a pain to have to scroll thru all the one word or one liner insults to get to the content of the topic.
Let's try again to focus on the issue and not the poster, and that's directed at everyone.
Before you hit "submit" ask yourself if you are adding anything to the discussion with your post. If not, then I recommend you hit delete instead of submit. Give it a try.

Folk, come on...that only works if I let you define who a right winger is...For example, a fellow who traveled to Moscow and then came back and shot a president is not what most folk would call a 'right' winger. RFK's shooter was an Islamic immigrant, hardly a member of the GOP base. King was assasinated by a right wing nut, both sies of the political divide have them.

I think that if either Paul or Kucinich were to have a serious run and really threaten to take the white house, they'd be assassinated for sure. No doubt in my mind.
As for Obama, his public statements and campaign platform don't seriously threaten the status quo (as I've said before, my reason for not being too excited about him is that he seems to be "playing the game"), if his rhetoric were to shift to where he was publicly running to end the war and put a stop to war profiteering by the military industrial complex, or if it were known that privately that was his intention, then his chances of being assassinated would sky-rocket. If he's killed it will only be because he is a real threat to the moneyed interests that run this country, and the fact that he's black will be the excuse used to distract people from the real reason of his being taken out.
Feel free to make fun of me for these views if it makes you feel more comfortable and helps you sleep at night...I really don't care, but I just can't allow myself to be a coincidence theorist anymore. :o
